The series delivers 2,000–3,000 standard charge cycles (@25°C, 0.5C charge/discharge, up to 8–12 years of service) versus 400–600 cycles for lead-acid, with packs up to 70% lighter for faster acceleration and easier steering. An 80–100% usable depth of discharge and 90–95% charge efficiency extract far more usable energy per charge, and stable performance from -20°C to 60°C keeps carts dependable in any season. The intelligent BMS handles over-charge, over-discharge, and over-temperature protection, and the packs are maintenance-free – no water to add, no terminals to clean, no corrosion checks.
